24 Hour Cancellation Policy
Your appointments at K/W Salons are of the utmost of importance to our entire staff, and we make every effort to ensure that you don’t inadvertently miss one. Our Reception Desk Team sends courtesy text, email, and phone reminders for every appointment. We hope you find these touch points of value in making sure you do not miss your time with us.
Should you need to reschedule an appointment, please call the salon at 617-964-2077 at least 24 hours prior to your appointment and we will make every effort to fit you into the next available slot.
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior cause considerable disruption to the efficiency and courtesy of the salon. We are unable to accommodate other valued customers on the waiting list, and our stylists’ schedules are negatively impacted. Therefore:
- Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to appointments will be charged 50% of the cost of all scheduled services.
- “No Shows” will be charged 100% of the cost of all services missed.
- The Salon reserves the right to request repeat offenders of the policy to prepay for all scheduled services.
Naturally, if your rare scheduling issue was caused by a true emergency, please call the Salon and we will make every effort to accommodate you.
