24 Hour Cancellation Policy
Your appointments at K/W Salons are of utmost importance to us, and we make every effort to ensure that you don’t inadvertently miss one. Our Salon software sends courtesy text, email, and phone reminders for every appointment. We hope you find these touchpoints of value in making sure you do not miss your time with us.
Should you need to reschedule an appointment, simply go to our Booking page to modify your time.
Appointments canceled less than 24 hours prior cause considerable disruption to the efficiency and courtesy of the Salon. We cannot reach out to accommodate other clients on our waiting list. Therefore:

Cancellations less than 24 hours before appointments will be charged 50% of the cost of services.

“No Shows” will be charged 100% of the cost of services.

The Salon reserves the right to request repeat offenders of the policy to prepay for all scheduled services.
Naturally, if a true emergency caused your rare scheduling issue, please email the Salon at kenneth@kwsalons.com, and we will make every effort to accommodate you.
Please note: due to Covid considerations and space limitations, we cannot accommodate guests accompanying you to your appointments.
